    Stanford Senior, Midstream Engineer

    Paul Calvo is a senior at Stanford University studying electrical engineering. Upon graduation he will work at Phillips 66 as a midstream engineer. He has a one year old daughter named Levicia and a three year old son named Paul Jr.

  • Kenisha Puckett

    Stanford PhD Candidate

    Kenisha Puckett is a dedicated scientist and Ph.D. candidate at Stanford's Institute for Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine. Her research on trophoblast stem cells aims to advance our understanding of placental development and improve maternal health outcomes. In addition to her scientific pursuits, Kenisha is a passionate mentor and advocate for marginalized populations, leveraging her leadership and educational roles over the past decade to inspire the next generation of scientists.

  • Jessie Ong

    Stanford Sophomore, Researcher at Heller Lab

    Jessie Ong is a scientist and advocate committed to improving the lives of individuals with Down syndrome globally. As someone raised by an aunt with Down syndrome, Jessie conducts research in the Heller Lab, focusing on uncovering the neurobiological mechanisms underlying sleep, learning, and memory to develop therapeutics that may reverse intellectual disabilities. She is also pioneering efforts to welcome Stanford’s first cohort of students with intellectual disabilities through her work at the Stanford Down Syndrome Research Center, to foster a more inclusive and equitable academic environment at her university.

  • Aline Schechter

    Stanford GSB & Doerr MBA/MS Candidate

    Aline Schechter is a dual-degree candidate pursuing an MBA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an MS at the Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability. Before Stanford, she built and led the sustainability program for Uber Eats, guiding efforts to reduce the environmental footprint of food delivery operations. At Stanford, Aline focuses on climate initiatives in logistics and supply chain management, combining internships with research on emerging sustainable technologies.

  • Rob Rush

    Stanford GSB & GSE MBA/MA Candidate

    Robert Rush is a joint MBA/MA candidate at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and Graduate School of Education. Robert is deeply passionate about the intersection of technology and social equity; with a particular focus on how underserved communities can build economic resilience and workforce mobility in the face of rapid technological change. Before graduate school, Robert held leadership roles at Correlation One and Facebook, focusing on advancing access to data-driven jobs and tech careers for underrepresented communities. Robert is a proud First-Generation college graduate and holds a dual degree in Socio-Political Theory and African-American studies from Harvard University.

    Dr. Derrick Buchanan is an author, speaker, inventor, and international award winning PhD Clinical Neuroscientist originally from Ottawa, Canada, residing at Stanford since 2021. Dr. Buchanan specializes in neuropsychiatry and researches ways to use precision brain imaging to create new brain stimulation treatments for mental health and neurological diseases. His teachings have reached thousands of students and audiences in over a dozen countries.

Amy currently teaches communication and leadership courses at Stanford University Continuing Education and is the author of "Living on Purpose.” Amy shows how trust, alignment, and exceptional communication create the conditions for individual fulfillment and organizational success.

While she focuses on the “Art of the Possible”, Sol’s delivery & operational experience has come from being rooted in the “Art of the Practical”. As a former professional rugby player, and now a mother of 2 rambunctious kids, Sol spends her time reading, running, and reflecting on the current pace of change.
